Allows custom preference draw settings for association, or group of rodeos.
Allows for Preference Draws to be run in random sorts, or framed to allow multiple rodeo entries to be sorted to the top of the Priority Draw to help eliminate performance conflicts, saving turn-outs for contestants, and enabling the committees to fill performances easier.
